Shipping and Returns Policy

Shalom LaMalka operates in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Shipping

• Shipments within Israel are carried out via Israel Post.
• The package will be sent to the residential address provided at the end of the order process.
• International Shipping: International orders are shipped via an international courier company. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment arrangements for international shipping will be determined after a WhatsApp conversation with the Company. Please note that the shipping prices stated in this policy apply only to orders within Israel.

Costs (Israel Only)

• Orders may be sent via registered mail at a cost of NIS 15.
• Orders over NIS 350 – free registered mail delivery.
• Orders may be sent via courier service at a cost of NIS 49.
• Orders over NIS 550 – free courier delivery.

Returns

Shalom LaMalka allows customers to exchange or return items under the following conditions:
• The item is returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
• The item has not been used, damaged, or washed, and is returned in its original packaging.
• The customer bears the cost of the return shipping.

* In cases where payment was made in installments, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
