Introduction

• The "Shalom LaMalka" website ("the Website") is operated by Shalom LaMalka Ltd. ("the Company") and serves as an e-commerce platform for the purchase of fashion clothing and more ("the Product").
• The use of masculine pronouns in this document is for convenience only, and the Terms apply equally to all genders.
• Purchases made through the Website are subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms").
• By purchasing a Product on the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and the Company.

Purchase

• The Website allows customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase the Product online.
• The Product may be purchased on the Website at any time, subject to availability.
• Payment for the Product on the Website may be made via the Bit app or by bank transfer.
• The price of the Product on the Website includes VAT.
• The Company reserves the right to discontinue any promotion of the Product, as well as to stop marketing and selling the Product at any time, at its sole discretion.

Returns and Cancellations

• An order may be canceled by contacting the Company’s customer service via phone or email. The cancellation will only take effect once written confirmation has been received by email from the Company. If the cancellation is approved, the Product must be returned to the Company, with all return shipping costs borne by the customer. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The above cancellation policy applies only to Products purchased on the Website. The Company will not handle returns of Products purchased through other sources.

Delivery and Shipping

• The Company will arrange for the delivery of the Product to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process, within 10 business days.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any delay and/or failure in delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.
• The Product will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Alternatively, the customer may collect the Product from the Company’s offices by prior arrangement.
• The price of the Product does not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are as follows: NIS 30 for registered mail, and NIS 70 for courier delivery.
• International Shipping: International shipping is available for an additional fee. The shipping charge will be determined after a WhatsApp conversation regarding the destination country and the package’s weight. Delivery times for shipments outside Israel depend on the international postal service, and the Company shall not be held responsible for these delivery times.

In cases beyond the Company’s control and/or resulting from force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer if such information is lost and/or used without authorization.
• The Company undertakes not to use customer information provided to it except to enable the purchase process on the Website and in accordance with applicable law. Personal information may also be used for market research purposes. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in this e-commerce Website are the sole property of Shalom LaMalka Ltd.
• No information from the Website and/or this e-commerce platform may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, or used in any other way without prior written consent from the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva.
